Real Estate has been a part of my life from a young age, with my father as a loan officer and my mother as a realtor. With over 8 years of experience assisting with loan processing, I've worked on various loans: FHA, Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR. Growing up, I've quickly identified what our shop specialty was: Non-QM mortgages helping underserved, mainly immigrant families, from Cambodia, in our neighborhood. As I continued to grow, we've found that similar issues lied with 1099 Contractors and Self Employed borrowers. They were also being denied loans, I assume, with how they file their taxes with large deductions and write offs. With many of my friends and family operating Businesses, I've picked up on funding loans for this area. In recent years, I've helped Restaurant Owners, E- Commerce Owners, Amazon/FBA sellers, 1099 Blue Collar Contractors and Serial Investors, to name a few, achieve their Real Estate Goals. We have a team in place, and a proven system with alternative document programs that work. I began my career in Commercial Insurance in 2018, after graduating from CSU, Long Beach. I jumpstarted my career as a Workers Comp Adjuster at AmTrust, one of the world’s top insurance carriers. I became well-versed in California occupational health law, managing complex claims from intake to settlement. Transitioning into production, I started with a Boutique styled agency, using my claims background to work with businesses from a Claims Consultative approach, as I grew my book of business to millions in premium. I now work with a top-10 Brokerage in the nation, helping C-suite protect the companies most valuable assets. I offer deep insight into both the claims process and client needs, having served on both sides of the spectrum: Carrier and Retail.
