Hi, I'm Sal—a Los Angeles based dedicated professional specializing in insurance solutions for Businesses and mortgage solutions for Business Owners or 1099 Contractors. With years of experience, I help clients navigate the complexities of both industries, offering personalized services that protect and grow their investments. As your trusted broker, my goal is to ensure you feel supported and confident every step of the way.

Real Estate has been a part of my life from a young age, with my father as a loan officer and my mother as a realtor. With over 8 years of experience assisting with loan processing, I've worked on various loans: FHA, Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR. Growing up, I've quickly identified what our shop specialty was: Non-QM mortgages helping underserved, mainly immigrant families, from Cambodia, in our neighborhood. As I continued to grow, we've found that similar issues lied with 1099 Contractors and Self Employed borrowers. They were also being denied loans, I assume, with how they file their taxes with large deductions and write offs. With many of my friends and family operating Businesses, I've picked up on funding loans for this niche. In recent years, I've helped Restaurant Owners, E- Commerce Owners, Amazon/FBA sellers, 1099 Blue Collar Contractors and Serial Investors, to name a few, achieve their dreams of home ownership, and/or growing their portfolio. We have a team in place, and a proven system with alternative document programs that work. I continue to learn and grow in this field, bringing valuable insights from a family with over 25 years of industry knowledge to my clients. They've gone through different market cycles; it's safe to say they've seen it all! We help make help clients achieve their American Dream.. even when the big banks cant!

I began my career in Commercial Insurance in 2018, after graduating from CSU, Long Beach. I jumpstarted my career as a Workers Comp Adjuster at AmTrust, one of the world’s top insurance carriers. I became well-versed in California occupational health law, managing complex claims from intake to settlement. Transitioning into production, I started with a Boutique styled agency, using my claims background to win business, as a Generalist with a book of business in various industries. I now work with a top-10 Brokerage in the nation, helping C-suite protect the companies most valuable assets. I offer deep insight into both the claims process and client needs, having served on both sides of the spectrum: Carrier and Retail.
